Procurement Dashboard

The procurement dashboard is the home for all your procurement related activity. This is where you will be able to capture an overview of what and how your organisation is Procuring goods or services.

How do I add collaborators?

You cannot manage it all alone! So it is great to be able to add other team members to your procurement events.

Two core user types can be added to a procurement event; Owners or Collaborators and this assignment can be actioned via the Settings tab within your procurement event:
โ€‹

You can adjust the user assigned as owner to collaborator by clicking on the 'edit' button in the top right at any time

These users will have full edit access to the procurement event, including viewing all the sub-requests.

To be added to a procurement you must have the procurement manager role.

How can I edit an 'Active' listing/request?

Once you have published your listing to the market, you can adjust the:

  • Close Date: Update the date by which vendors need to respond.

  • Forum Close Date: Update the final date on which vendors can ask questions.

  • Post an Update: Deploy a message out to the vendors to let them know about any changes or important information regarding the listing/request

  • Invite more vendors: Invite additional vendors while the procurement event is active via the '+Invite' button to the right.

  • Preview the listing: Have a look at what the Vendors will see on their end by clicking on the 'Preview Listing' button in the top right

  • Close Listing: If you wish to close the listing early due to all the vendors submitting early or you want to cancel the listing, click on the black 'Close Listing' button to the right

  • Respond to Vendor questions:

    • Reply: click 'reply' to respond with text or a document

    • Change the questions privacy: click the '...' icon and 'make question private' or 'make question public' to make changes to privacy (this is great if vendors accidentally post a question publicly and include private information)

    • Pin the question: For relevant and useful questions, click 'pin to top' to hold it at the top for all vendors (tip: make sure the question is public if useful for all vendors)

    • Delete: If the question is irrelevant or unnecessary for any reason, click 'delete' to remove it from the forum
