Managing Roles and Permissions

Users are created and managed through the settings dashboard by your account administrator. 

Once added, users will receive an email to register an account and login details. User roles and permissions can be updated at any time, providing granular access to modules within Cotiss. Cotiss offers SSO integration for user provisioning if required. 

User roles and permissions can only be updated if you are the account administrator.

Creating and updating roles

Adding and updating roles can be done on the settings page of Cotiss. Invited users can be assigned roles that they will have access to on signup and active users can be updated at any time.

Removing a user's role may prevent them from being able to access features they require access to.
