Subscribing to a request

If you have been invited to a procurement, you will be taken to the listing view. Here, you can subscribe to the listing. You can also view key details, however, will not be able to access documentation until you subscribe.

Once subscribed, the buyer will be notified and you will have access to the documentation.

You can then view and download all documentation, including response forms.

Drafting a response

When ready, you will be able to start your response. Once started, the buyer will be notified you are drafting. Whilst drafting, you can upload your price and non-price response documents as required by the listing. 

Responses can be drafted offline and uploaded into your response.

Response documents have a maximum file size of 256mb.

  • Submitting your response: Up until the close date, you can submit your response. Once submitted, you can put your response back into drafting if you wish to make changes. 
  • Withdrawing your response: Your response can be withdrawn if you wish to notify the buyer that your response is no longer relevant.

Accessing the forum to ask questions

If you wish, you can ask questions directly to the buyer. In addition, you will be able to upload files to the question. A question can be marked as sensitive, in which case, it won’t be visible to other suppliers. 

Your organisation name will always remain anonymous to other suppliers if the question is not marked as private.

Once the buyer responds, you will be able to view it in-line with the question. You will receive a notification once the buyer has responded to the question

 

Viewing updates & amendments to the listing

You can view updates/amendments to the procurement that have been broadcast by the buyer. You can mark updates as viewed to notify the buyers that it has been read.

Adding collaborators

If you wish, you are also able to add other team members to assist with the response. When viewing the listing you should see a ‘Team’ tab. In there you will be able to add other team members to view the response.

Before adding them to view the response, they must first be added to your account.
