Contract reminders and notes

Manage and record key infromation against your published contract

Creating a contract reminder

Custom reminders can be created and assigned to any user who has the contract manager role. At the time of notification, they will be sent a reminder email and can mark the reminder as complete or archived.
  • Title: Title of the reminder
  • Description: Description of what the reminder is for
  • Notification Date: The date at which the email notifying the users of the reminder is to be sent.
  • Send Reminder To: List of users to send the reminder to.

Creating a contract note

Notes can be stored against a contract to log any relevant activities that you need to record (such as email correspondence)

  • Title: Title of the note
  • Date and Time: Date and time the note is to be referenced for
  • Description: Detail explaining the note
  • Attachments: Documents that are stored against the note
