Managing your Procurement

Identify and centralise core information about what your organisation is procuring

Procurement Dashboard

The procurement dashboard is the home for all your procurement related activity. This is where you will be able to capture an overview of what and how the good or service is being procured.

Background

The background tab will provide a central place for storing information about how and what you plan on going to market for.

Procurement Settings

Two core user types can be added to a procurement; owners and collaborators. These users will have full edit access to the procurement process, including viewing all the sub-requests. To be added to a procurement you must have the procurement manager role.

Custom Fields

Custom fields are editable here and attached to your procurements. Custom field buckets can be created in your settings.

Requests

To identify the right suppliers for your procurement, Cotiss allows you to create multiple requests for each procurement. Each request is tagged with an industry-standard acronym that allows vendors to easily identify the type of activity you are undertaking, these are; Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation, Request for Information, Prequalification, Expression of Interest and Invitation to Qualify.

If you wish to run a multi-stage process, you can create multiple requests.
