Conducting your Individual Evaluations

Capture individual evaluator scores and commentary on vendor submissions

Starting your evaluation

Once the evaluation has begun, you will receive an email invitation to begin scoring. Each evaluator will have a section where they can progress and complete their scores and commentary.

Within the evaluation, you will see a list of submissions you have to score. This is where you will also see the final weighted sum of scores.

Review the submission documents, then click on Score Criteria.  Within each submission, each evaluator has an ‘Add note’ button where they can provide overall commentary on the response. This will then be visible in moderation. Quickly switch between documents to preview.

Download or open documents in a new tab if you prefer.

Click on each criterion to view the scoresheet and sub-criteria for this evaluation.

Use the dropdown input to assign a score to each criterion or sub-criteria for this submission. Here you will also be able to add notes that justify the score and be able to compare what you scored for the same criteria across other evaluations. You can then go back and begin evaluating the next submission. You will need to mark all your evaluations as complete before moderation can begin.

You can edit scores up until the point that moderation has begun.

Abstaining

If, for any reason, an evaluator cannot complete an evaluation, they can abstain from scoring a response. This will omit their contribution to scoring that vendor.
