Grant your team access to the Performance Module giving them the power to track, measure, and score Vendor performance!

FYI: The below information is only applicable if your organisation is not using SSO
Note: You must be an account administrator to add and manage account users.
Setting up Performance Module Users:
Once you have the Performance Module activated in your account, you'll want to gain your Vendor Management team access to review and track their performance. Here is how to set them on their way:
- Navigate to 'Settings'
- Open your 'Organisation' tab
- Click on 'Account Members'
- Edit existing or add new users that need access to the Performance Module
- Select the 'Performance Manager' role
- Click 'Save'
Once the team has been added, they will receive an email invitation to create their account and will be displayed under the list of Pending
users.
Once onboarded, they will be added to your list of Active
users.
Who can access the Performance Module?
Users with the Performance Manager role assigned to them is able to access the entire performance module and create new scorecards.
Users with the Admin role assigned to them is able to access all account modules including the Performance Module
