Centralise your organisations contracts and gain visiblity on their lifecycle
Contract Lifecycle
Creating and storing contracts in Cotiss involves progressing Contracts through several phases until it is Published. There are several states the contract flows through; Drafting → Pending Approval → Pending Signatures (if required) → Published. Contracts can then be Ceased or Archived.
You can then choose to link your contract to a procurement or store it as an independent contract.
Contract shell and variation history
Each contract represents an agreement between two or more parties in the repository. As agreements are updated throughout time, via variations, certain information can be updated about that agreement. All variations must go through approval before updating the core record.
Viewing metadata history
If updated, a record of changes will be visible against that item, including who approved it, who actioned it and when it was updated.
