Filtering

Sort through key record to find what you need

Cotiss offered advanced filtering for viewing and reporting on your Contract Repository and Vendor records. Cotiss core fields, as well as custom fields are available for filtering and can be combined to create a holistic overview of contracts.

After adding filters, the filter selected is stored in the URL and can be bookmarked. In addition, you can export contract data to CSV for further analysis and reporting.

Where to filter

Filtering is available for two key records; Contacts and Contracts. For each filter you set, records must meet all of the criteria in the filter group to be included in the results.

Select filter criteria

There are several options for choosing how to filter data
