Creating a Vendor Account
Registering for Cotiss takes five simple steps. You will be asked for some key information about your organisation to create an account and begin responding to procurements.
Head to our Sign up page to create your Cotiss account
Enter your Email Address, Organisation Name and Industry. (This will be the email address you use to log in)
Enter your organisation’s Tax Number (optional) and Entity Type (e.g. Sole trader or LLC).
You will then be requested to enter your organisation's Jurisdiction and Business Number.
The business number will dynamically update depending on your jurisdiction to accurately capture your legal entity and verify the organisation.
For example, if you select New Zealand, you will be required to enter your NZBN.
Lastly, you can enter your personal information that will be used to associate your account and login credentials.
As part of the onboarding flow, you must agree to our terms and conditions using the checkbox.

Requesting access to an existing Account
If your company already has a Cotiss Account - you will notice an option to 'Request Access' when you go to enter your email address on the sign-up link mentioned above.
From there - Select your organisation and send a request to join their team.
Your Account Administrator will receive an email to accept or reject your request.
Once Accepted - you will receive an email with a link to activate and set up your user profile.
