Creating a Vendor Account
Registering for Cotiss takes five simple steps. You will be asked for some key information about your organisation to create an account and begin responding to procurements.
Head to our Sign up page to create your Cotiss account
Enter your Email Address, Organisation Name and Industry. (This will be the email address you use to log in)
Enter your organisation’s Tax Number (optional) and Entity Type (e.g. Sole trader or LLC).
You will then be requested to enter your organisation's Jurisdiction and Business Number.
Note: The business number field will dynamically display depending on your jurisdiction to accurately capture your legal entity and verify your organisation.
(E.G. if you select New Zealand, you will be required to enter your NZBN and if you select Australia you will be required to enter your ABN )
Lastly, you can enter your personal information that will be used to associate your account and login credentials.
As part of the onboarding flow, you must agree to our terms and conditions using the checkbox.

Requesting access to an existing vendor account
If your company already has a Cotiss account and you wish to join it - you will notice an option to 'Register to join account' when you go to enter your email address on the sign-up link.
After clicking this option - Select your organisation and send a request to join the account.
You will then be sent a magic link to your email address to verify you have access to that email address.
Follow the link to activate and set up your user profile within your teams vendor account.
